Fees

Bulk billing is available for:

Bulk billing will be offered but UPTO DRS discretion:

• Children up to 15 years of age with valid Medicare card holders
• Age 75 and above with valid Pension card holders
• DVA card holders

Private fees apply to all other patients:

• We charge our Standard Private Fees for all other patients.
• We charge a Non-Attendance Fee of $40 for all missed appointments.
• Allied health consultations (e.g. Physiotherapy, Podiatry) will be charged privately.
• ALL patients including children and concession card holders will pay PRIVATE FEES for evenings (after 5pm) and weekend appointments at the time of appointment.

** After Hours, Weekends and Public holidays are NOT bulk billed

Paying fees for your consultation:

• Dianella Total Health Care requires payment on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners and AMEX cards).
• Medicare rebate can be claimed from Medicare on the same day.
• All Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.
• All other consultations including Medical examination (Driver Licence, Marine Licence, Heavy Duty or Firearm Licence, Insurance report), please ask one of our friendly reception team members for a fee schedule.
• Our consultation fees are reviewed regularly.

Theatre Fee:

• Dianella Total Health Care charges the theatre fee to cover the cost of consumables, instruments sterilising and dressing for all lesion and minor procedures.
• If you need to book for a procedure, please contact our practice to discuss the out-of-pocket expense.

Allied Health

• All allied health consultations (e.g. Physiotherapy, Podiatry) will be charged privately.
• Care plans and Private Insurance are accepted.
• Please check with our friendly receptionist.
